What it sounds like when it sounds natural
- “Hi, I'm Alex. Love the photo wall – how do you know Max?”
- “Your moving story was the highlight today. How much of it was made up?”
- “Sounds like the running group was more than just sport. Found something like it here yet?”
- “I really enjoy talking to you. Fancy a coffee sometime? Totally fine if not.”
- “All good, thanks for being honest! Have a great evening.”
- “Lovely meeting you! Good luck at the trade fair next week.”
- “I'm nervous, and that's okay. I don't have to be perfect – just present.”
- “The pizza disappears faster than the slides – what brought you here tonight?”
- “Tomorrow morning at the bakery I'll ask which bread they like best.”
- “The big flea market is on Sunday – want to stroll through it together?”
- “I'd honestly love to try something new – how about the pub quiz?”
- “Tough choice! I had the cheesecake last time and loved it.”
Sound familiar?
You know what you want to say. Just not in the moment that matters.
Almost every man knows these moments. They say nothing about your worth – they only show which skill hasn't been trained yet. And skills can be trained.
The moment slips away
Someone interesting is standing right next to you. You think, you hesitate – and the chance is gone.
Small talk, then silence
The first few lines work. Then it gets sticky and you scramble for the next topic.
Overthinking, not talking
You analyse every reaction instead of simply being there and listening.
Hiding your interest
You like someone but don't show it – afraid of wanting too much or being turned down.
A no that lingers
One rejection stays with you for days and makes the next step harder.
Dates that feel like exams
Instead of curiosity you feel pressure to get everything right.
The shift
Out of your head. Into the conversation.
Conveqo doesn't teach a routine. It trains the skills that naturally charismatic men use without even thinking about it.
- Hesitating until the moment is goneDeciding in advance – and simply saying the first line
- Small talk that fizzles outAnswer, detail, question back: conversations that flow
- Lines and gamesHonest, specific interest – with a light touch
- Fear of hearing noComposure: a no is an answer, not a verdict
- Coming across unsureCalm body, steady eye contact, your own pace
How Conveqo works
Learn. Practise. Live it.
Confidence doesn't come from tips – it comes from experience. That's why every training takes you through a full learning loop, from understanding all the way to real life.
Learn
Short, clear lessons explain one concrete principle with everyday examples – a weak and a strong version side by side.
Practise
You make decisions in realistic scenes, write your own lines and practise conversations in the Conversation Lab – with concrete feedback.
Live it
Voluntary real-life challenges bring what you learned into your day. Afterwards you reflect briefly: what went well, what will you try next time?
Interactive conversation practice
Practise before it counts.
In the Conversation Lab you hold real conversations in a safe space: at a party, in a café, in a group, on a first date or after a no. You write every line yourself – and get honest, concrete feedback after each message.
- Meeting someone new at a party
- A chat at the shared café table
- Small talk in a group
- A first date
- Expressing interest authentically
- Picking up a conversation after a pause
Scored on what makes conversations good
No “success rates”, no persuading – just these seven criteria:
- Naturalness
- Respect & boundaries
- Relevance
- Active listening
- Reciprocity
- Clarity
- Authenticity
Transparent: Without an AI connection the Lab runs in a clearly labelled, scenario-based training mode. When an AI mode is available, it says so explicitly.

Personalised learning paths
Your path. Your focus.
During onboarding you tell us what you want to improve and what feels hard. That becomes a personal training plan that starts exactly there – and grows with you as you progress.
- Focus areas based on your goals – from the first step to the first date
- Already experienced? Start straight in the advanced worlds
- Always one clear next lesson – no decision fatigue
Your first month
A plan that actually moves you forward.
Here's what your start can look like with about 10 minutes a day. Each week builds on the last – in training and in real life.
- 1
Week 1
Foundation
Understand nerves, reframe unhelpful thoughts, take your first small steps in everyday life.
- 2
Week 2
First contact
Start conversations naturally, read situations, stop postponing the first step.
- 3
Week 3
Conversations that carry
Small talk with substance, real listening, warm goodbyes – practised in the Conversation Lab.
- 4
Week 4
Showing interest
Specific compliments, reading signals, suggesting a meet-up – respectfully and clearly.
A typical order – your personal plan adapts to your onboarding answers.
Real-life challenges
Small steps in real life.
What you practise only becomes real confidence out in the world. Challenges in three levels help you get there – voluntary, respectful and always swappable for a better-fitting alternative.
Greet people consciously
Greet three people today, deliberately and warmly – with brief eye contact and a smile. At the bakery, the checkout, the bus driver or a neighbour.
Goal: Get used to social moments through small, friendly contacts.
Ask for a recommendation
In a fitting situation, ask someone new for a recommendation – in a bookshop, at the market, in a café or in the bakery queue – and thank them warmly.
Goal: Make a short, natural contact with someone new.
Go to an event
Attend a social event (meetup, game night, talk, workshop, club evening) and get to know at least one new person there.
Goal: Apply your skills in a new social setting.

Situation · Spanish class at the community college
You've been taking a Spanish class for three weeks. You've chatted with Sophie a few times during the break – she's funny, and you often laugh about the same things.
Today she told a little story in Spanish about her chaotic move, and the whole class laughed. After class, you're both packing up your things.
How do you show your interest best?
Respect isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
We don't believe in lines, games or the art of persuasion. Real attraction and real friendship happen when two people feel at ease. That's why Conveqo trains curiosity, listening, clarity – and the composure to accept a no.
